Can I do my own thing during class?

All class times are coach led. Class participation will account for 80% of an athlete’s progress. Class workouts are always adjusted for individual fitness levels. Outside of class, 20% of an athlete’s progress will be achieved through IEPs (Individual Exercise Programs), which the athlete can do in 10-15 mins. at the end of class or during open gym times (may not be available yet, please check current schedule).
