HUSH Month April 2018

This HUSH Month we will be doing BatBalls. Lots and lots of BatBalls. What's a BatBall? Come to class and learn all about it. We will be doing them every day on the day 1+1 (i.e. One the first day, 2 the second, 3 the third...etc) If you miss a day, do those reps the next day you come in. Make up your reps!
